Northumberland and The Scottish Borders is fortunate enough to be the home of many excellent golf courses. Goswick pictured below, Magdalene Fields at Berwick- Upon-Tweed, The Hirsel at Coldstream, Roxburgh, Kelso and Duns to name a few.

The Masons Arms Norham is well placed and within easy reach of these, indeed many golfing parties have already taken advantages of the opportunity to play many of these courses while staying with us being centrally based to all.

What about a rainy day? We have a couple of driving ranges close to us as well if you fancy staying dry on a wet day. There is Putton Mill at Duns. Or Mounthooly on the Kelso to Jedburgh Road just after Carrs Billington. Good fun and a great way to relieve any frustrations. You will feel good after 30 mins of this sport. 6 floodlit bays and more outside. but you must remember to take £1 coins with you!
